What would it cost to attain a Pringle specification in your home?

5th October 2018

Buying a new home is an exciting time.  Wandering around a beautiful and cleverly thought out show house; looking through brochures that are selling your dream, mulling over all the advantages of buying a brand new home —it fuels our passion to look into a new house purchase further.  Visualising floor plans, imagining how the space would work for you and your family, browsing through the optional extra fixtures and fittings – wouldn’t you love them all?  Most importantly, you know you must remain grounded, work out how to get the best value for money on this, one of the biggest expenditures most of us ever make.

We make no apologies for the fact that we build large, luxurious, four and five bedroomed houses on small developments, which provide you with privacy and exclusivity.  We focus on quality over quantity.  We search for and secure land in highly sought after locations.  We sell our houses to people who are looking for a superior quality new home, with exceptional build quality and a high specification finish but who want value for their money.  We also offer our customers a superb choice when it comes to kitchen, fireplace, tiling, flooring, carpets; a bespoke service you won’t find anywhere else – before, during and after your purchase.  We think we’re worth it, as do our customers who have purchased a Pringle home.  They recommend us to their friends; one family relocated to another Pringle development after moving away because they loved their first Pringle home so much.

We do, however, think we offer good value for this luxurious lifestyle.  We would like to illustrate this with some cost comparisons, which might help you make your decision when it comes to purchasing a new home.  We have done a lot of the leg-work for you, working out what comes as standard in other developments* and obtaining prices to upgrade to a similar specification of a Pringle home.

When we hand over the keys, you will find yourself the occupant of a well built, beautifully finished home inside and out.  As standard, we include:

  • Generous electrical specification with CAT6 data cable to main TV points (Lounge, Family, Master Bedroom) for Smart TVs etc. LED downlights to all bathrooms, master bedroom, kitchen, family and lounge areas.
  • Satin chrome sockets and switches throughout.

Very costly when you do the calculations!  Not to mention all the time and hassle of organising, preparing and overseeing the installation of it all.  When you’re buying a new home, this is exactly what you want to avoid.  For example, we provide you with an outside tap.  A doorbell.   A Pringle Homes client expects these small details.  This exemplifies Pringle quality.

Imagine this service and standard on a small, luxury housing development of 10-15 houses?  Private and not overlooked…priceless.

We think you will appreciate the difference in a Pringle Home.  You will also find the resalable value pleasing, should you find you have to sell.  Our reputation is one in which we are very proud.
