We’re delighted to announce that we have received planning approval for 13 executive Pringle Homes in Higher Bartle, Preston. This development is scheduled for commencement within the second quarter of 2017.

The site will be situated on Tabley Lane and encompasses the usual high standards and superior quality of Pringle Homes, and benefits from our much sought after arts and crafts designs.  The homes will be very energy efficient and easy to maintain, allowing low running costs and peace of mind for the owner.
