As 2015 came to an end, we were busy perfecting designs and details for our upcoming developments, due to commence in 2016.
The first application is for a stunning development of 11 detached homes in Hutton, Preston. Previously an old farm, the site is located on the edge of the residential area and surrounded by countryside but with excellent transport links into Penwortham, Longton and Preston. Being only 5 minutes walk from Hutton Grammar School, Ashbridge School & Nursery and Howick Church of England Primary School the area is well catered for when it comes to educational facilities.
We’re looking forward to updating the market with milestones as they are achieved. We hope to attain planning permission on this site in the near future so that we can commence development in Hutton during the first half of this year.
