Northcote Park Show Home Update …

We have just two plots available for sale at our Northcote Park development in the Ribble Valley, Plot 9 The Grantley £850,000 and Plot 25 The Farnley £1,050,000. Both are expected to be build complete early next year, but we are taking reservations now. We have recently taken reservations on Plots 2, 11, 10 & 26. We are very excited to see the show home (The Cavendish) near completion and will be able to arrange visits from the 17th May 2021.
