We are very pleased to be building building a much needed small development of traditional style affordable homes in the village of Chatburn for MSV Housing Association. The 37 unit development will include a range of different house types ranging from apartments, mews style and semi detached houses, plus semi detached bungalows and just one detached bungalow. The development is expected to be completed Summer 2026 and will be a mixture of shared ownership and affordable rental homes.
