At Northcote Park in the Ribble Valley and Plumpton Field in Woodplumpton, Preston, we have provided a variety of affordable housing options — including discount-to-market homes, shared ownership, and affordable rental properties. We are also currently building 37 beautiful affordable homes in the village of Chatburn for MSV housing assosiation and are very much looking forward to these being ready in the new year!
