Pringle Homes was founded in 1981. The first few developments were commercial properties in Garstang followed by a group of barn conversions near Inskip. However, since 1985 the company has concentrated on the new build residential housing market with developments around the Preston area. More recently the territorial expansion has incorporated developments further afield in Lancashire and the Northwest.
