Pringle Homes was founded in 1981 by owner and founder Mark Fleuriot. The first few developments were commercial properties in Garstang followed by a group of distinctive barn conversions near Inskip in Lancashire. However, since 1985 the company has concentrated on the new build residential housing market with developments predominately around the Preston and central Lancashire area. More recently the territorial expansion has houses for sale in East Lancashire, the Arnside and Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and throughout the Northwest.
